Patch Tests

Certain treatments may require a patch test at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This is required for insurance purposes and to ensure your safety. Misogi Rituals reserves the right to refuse treatment if a patch test has not been completed where required.

Consultation Form

All clients must complete a consultation form prior to treatment.

Please inform Misogi Rituals of any:

• medical conditions
• allergies
• scalp conditions
• pregnancy
• recent procedures

Failure to disclose relevant information may result in treatment being declined or modified.
