CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY​

We understand that plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Late cancellations

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in:

  • loss of deposit

  • or a cancellation fee

​

No-shows

Clients who fail to attend without notice may:

  • lose their booking fee

  • be required to prepay for future bookings

​

Late arrivals

If you arrive late:

  • your treatment time may be reduced

  • full payment still applies

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled

REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of spa and wellness services, refunds are generally not provided once a treatment has been completed.

​

Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable with sufficient notice (see Cancellation Policy).

​

Products (if applicable)

Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
