Welcome to Misogi Rituals. By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or using this website, you agree to the following terms.

Services

Misogi Rituals provides head spa and wellness treatments designed for relaxation and scalp wellbeing. Treatments are not a substitute for medical care or diagnosis.

Clients must provide accurate information during consultation. Misogi Rituals reserves the right to refuse or adapt treatment where it is not considered safe or appropriate.

Age Policy

Clients must be aged 18 or over to receive treatments unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian

Sensitivity & Reactions

While every care is taken, individual reactions to products and treatments can vary. Clients must inform Misogi Rituals of any known allergies or sensitivities prior to treatment.

Patch Tests

Certain treatments may require a patch test at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This is required for insurance purposes and to ensure your safety. Misogi Rituals reserves the right to refuse treatment if a patch test has not been completed where required.

Bookings

Appointments must be booked via the website or approved booking method.

By booking, you agree to:

• arrive on time

• provide honest medical information

• follow aftercare guidance

Payments

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the booked price.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Deposits are non-refundable where less than 48 hours’ notice is given or in the event of a no-show.
Misogi Rituals reserves the right to charge the full treatment cost where repeated late cancellations or no-shows occur.

Gift Vouchers

Misogi Rituals gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Appointments are subject to availability and our standard cancellation policy.

 

Liability

Misogi Rituals will take all reasonable care to ensure treatments are carried out safely and professionally. However, clients accept that results may vary and treatments are undertaken at their own risk where contraindications are not disclosed.
